3.0 down

ohmygoddown down down down down. don't even know what the hell i did because i did everything wrong last week. i didn't exercise, i made terrible food choices and i didn't weigh in at all. i actually ate 16.5 days worth of points in 14 days. wtf, body, you're freaking me out

i should be in bed right now, especially if i want to be up in 6 hours (ugh). i was just too excited not to share the awesomeness now. plus this week, we have an activity challenge. i'm constructing a plan to meet that challenge (and not just for this week). stay tuned to find out what it is...
