oh yes, little blog, you read that right. three point eight! it's the biggest one week loss i've had since i started weight watchers. and i have no idea how i did it lol
i guess this week hasn't been terrible. thurs, was toy story. fri, i pretended to help mom with my halloween costume. she has taken over completely, and is making good progress. sat, n and i had an all day lord of the rings (extended) marathon, which was fabulous. sun, i went grocery shopping, watched the game and attempted dress shopping. the rest of the week has been completely uneventful. foodwise, ive been good mostly. cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and small dinners. this week i felt like pasta again. macaroni, ground buffalo, sauce and mozzarella every night :) id call it beefaroni except it's not beef, and beefaroni always makes me think of chef boyardee. the weekend was a bit unbalanced. lots of cheese (pepperjack on crackers and n's crab dip) and a couple drinks. but i ended the week with 18 extra points (14 weekly, 4 activity) remaining. if i can do the same this week, i'll be golden...
because im 0.6 away from 25 lbs dropped. i believe i get a magnet for that :) im astonished that im this close to another milestone. especially, when i think that i just hit one a few weeks ago. there's another michelle in my meeting group; her next milestone is 75 lbs. i find it a little amusing that, if we both meet our goal next week, the michelles will have lost 100 lbs together (have i told you im a dork, internets?)... the other thing, which i keep forgetting, is that i'll also meet my 10 lbs by halloween goal. im seeing new shoes and wii games in my future :D if i werent at work, i'd do a happy dance
for now, im not even worried about the impending birthday and wedding celebrations this weekend. instead, im gonna go shoe window shopping
