working hard... sorta

im officially 15.4 down from where i started :) how i did it? not even sure. i lost 1.8 lbs last week, having done pretty much nothing different than the week before. it was probably all water weight from my dumb period... last weekend, p and i went to the smithsonian and his aunt's. we were walking around for over 5 hours in DC. it was a fantastic day in the city so we had dinner at the Bertucci's by GW. sunday we spent a few hours at aunt maureen's, in the pool. i got a lovely tan, and we played 3 games of volleyball. i earned a ton of points over the weekend (15) and dropped less than half a pound. im disappointed cause i thought it would be more, but i'll take it :p

on an upside, this is my 16th week with weight watchers so i get a little charm. research has shown that individuals who complete 16 straight weeks are more likely to reach their goal weight. it's going to take awhile, but i have high hopes to be one of those people :)
