i haven't exactly kept up with my 20 min a day this week. but i have at least done my body test every day. just doing my normal stuff, ive been going down steadily since last week. today i get on and im up almost 2 lbs. boo boo boo. part of it is this is my heavy week, but ive also been pretty lax about exercising. i want to recoup some of the weight from my official weigh in this week; im just not sure i will be able to in two days
ugh first step - putting in my 20 min in the morning, which means getting up on time. which means my ass needs to be in bed now
