goals update

goal 1: going fairly well. n and i went to a party on sat. a & m are the healthiest people we know so everything was organic, whole and range free. i ate an ok amount and had a couple drinks. too bad n & i were hungry when we got home. he had a delicious looking avocado pita. i had avocado w crackers. i love those pepperidge farm butter crackers, but eating 20 was a bad idea. i used an extra 15.5, 12 of which were my midnight snack ooops

i was good the other weekend days... for the most part. friday, i stayed home instead of going down to chantilly (seriously. chantilly). i was running late, it was raining and i started feeling icky. i ended up eating two servings of ground beef w sauce (yes that was dinner). n also made me a drink. extra 14 points that day. yesterday was a good day though. i did use 7 extra points (n made drinks again lol), but i was productive most of the day. i did some shopping for an upcoming bridal shower/wedding. i did all my laundry (except the handwashables). and i finally cleaned up my crap in our office so it looks like an office again. all that (plus a visit from p) earned me 6 points :)

also i got back on the wii yesterday. it says im up .7 since the 15th (the last time i was on). lol crazy wii; if that's right, then ive lost 1.1 lbs since wed. im taking that as a good sign for this week's official weigh in

tonight, im going over to the community gym for a little. then im gonna play some wii. that'll get me rolling on goals 2 & 3. im focused more on 2 because i love the wii, but i figure today is a great day to start working on 3. even if i only go twice this week, that's better than nothing. plus once im there and started, i feel tremendously better. ive already got a magazine picked out for my elliptical workout. so i have no excuses :p
