this is not so bad... considering it was two weeks since my last real weigh in, those two weeks were filled with poor food choices and my period is around the corner. i will take it
i did ok pointswise the last two days. today might be a little harder. my belly is currently demanding i eat something else, even though i finished an apple and a glass of water half an hour ago. i blame my uterus...
maybe i'll make tea. i havent had tea in awhile and that could potentially appease my innards
tea and cheetos :)
