I'm having some good food days. Wed I weighed in, and I'm under 190. I get one less point per day since I'm in a new bracket :) This basically means, I need to increase the amount of zero point foods I have daily. I've been doing great at eating more fruits and veggies, typically zero to two points. I love fruits, one of the few things I enjoy about summer. Strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, bananas.... delicious. They tend to be on the higher end, but I think I larger fruit portions than veggie portions (ex: 1.5 cups of strawberries = 1 point). Plus the extra points are healthier than other foods I could choose... even though I really want those Cheetos today.
Wedding day is tomorrow :)
