I've been kinda lax this week and last about what I'm eating. I still managed to lose two tenths of a pound last week, despite all the crap I had. I actually did pretty well at the wedding - lots of fruits and veggies. But that was probably my best day... Now this week is all eating out. Mom and I got Mexican after the WW meeting. Everything was super delicious and filling, but now I have tons of leftovers. Then last night, P and I went out to dinner and the bar. Dinner was fab; we went to one of my favorite restaurants. I had half an appetizer, half an entree and an entire dessert. It was a total of 24 points, but totally worth it. I did manage to check off all my food groups though. At the bar, I was only going to have one drink, but Paul wanted a shot. I didn't want to make him do it alone so there goes two points. A small piece of me wishes I'd saved my points for drinking. G was working and it was a special open bar night so I could've gotten a LOT of free drinks. Oh well, maybe next time :)
I've already planned out the rest of my day - gotta get rid of some of these leftovers. I'm having the rest of my appetizer from last night for lunch, plus getting a Panera salad (15). I'm having soup with crackers for dinner (3). Then I'm finishing off the shake I made Tuesday (10). Another four points extra for the day, but that still leaves me 11.5 points for the week (including earned activity). Hopefully, I can get some more activity points in because the leftover Mexican will definitely break the bank. Plus P wants to make me dinner tomorrow. I love him, but he isn't the most WW friendly cook :)
I don't anticipate losing much this week; I just hope I don't gain anything...
