welcome to my weight loss "chronicles". april 2009, i joined WeightWatchers at almost 200 pounds. as of april 2011, i have dropped 67.8 pounds on the points/points plus system
everyday i redefine my goals: eat better, workout more, fit into those jeans again... ultimately, i only want to be a healthier me. this was never about a specific size or weight. it's all about uncovering the happy, confident skinny girl inside. i found her; now i plan to keep her
