first order of business: worshiping my bodies awesomeness this week. i was concerned because i had a few beers (including a 24 oz draught at Recessions - i needed two hands lol) and fried foods across two days. then proceeded to sit on my ass during every available lazy moment. i did get my usual 40 min in on wed, but that doesn't always help with wed evening weigh ins. oh well... i ate like a champ and still lost. yay me (channeling london atm) and my uterus for letting go of all that water it was hoarding last week
third (and final) order of business: update on my 20 lbs in 20 weeks goal. in five weeks, i am down 4.6 lbs, almost a quarter of my goal :) woohoo for progress. at this rate, i can hit my goal by deadline... did i mention that the final weigh in (the day i want to be 150) is also the wed before my birthday? we'll see how that all goes when we get there...
time to get back to work. it's almost friday, blogosphere! i hope you have fun plans for the weekend :)

ReplyDeleteif you've got an ipod, you should look into the nike accessory. i've heard good things about it, and you don't even have to get the nike shoes. the little nike chip works in other brands that are enabled :)
