it was a silly week so im glad i didnt gain anything... i ate out last wed, sat, sun and this wed; i had leftover (high point) foods on thurs, fri, mon and tues. plus there was drinking on fri... oh being bad. it's delicious, but i cant keep it up. i ate ALL my points
i did manage to get enough activity in though. double good since i needed the extra points to counter what i (over)ate. thank you wii sports resort for keeping my midsection in check. jp and i went shopping on sat (yes that counts :p), i did turbo workouts for 40 min and i played 2 wii games. the table tennis is fun, but super hard. swordplay was easier to get the hang of, but really started to kick my ass as i advanced. my sides are starting to not be sore today; i can still feel it a little in my back muscles
this week is not shaping up to be much better than last so i really need to get my butt in gear. n and i are going to a fancy seafood place for dinner tonight (i dont except him to call me after ;-) ). tomorrow, i might hang out with a friend for his sister's 24th. and tuesday, im having dinner (possibly drinks) with some friends from college and our old club advisor. i think i might try out a few more wii games each day to keep the pounds from creeping back...
because the holiday season has begun, and i refuse to let it ruin what ive accomplished. 1st up: thanksgiving. im ready for it... are you?

ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to know that other people are on the weight loss bandwagon with me. I started in the middle of the year and have lost 30 pounds so far. Last week was a terrible week for me though, I drank a shit ton with my coworkers, I ate everything that I could put my hands on...and I'm paying for it now! I've lost 2 pounds since Saturday, so that's a good sign...right?! LOL I'm sure I'll gain it back on Turkey day!
ReplyDeletecongrats, ebony! keep up the good work. even if the turkey sets you back a bit, you've got plenty of recovery time before xmas :D
