FINALLY!
somehow i shed the crap i put on the last two weeks, and finally hit the 25 lb milestone... plus 1 lb... then we went out for spanish/mexican to celebrate mom's birthday lol. so i probably gained a pound back. whatev, i'll work it off this weekend. im thinking i might challenge jp to table tennis or bowling when she comes up to visit. she may be mario kart champ, but i think i can take her in something else lol
this week's focus (after last night) is to reign in my eating. while i lost the weight, ive not been eating very well the last few weeks (hence the initial gain). i need to focus on fruits/veggies and healthy oils. i'll never have a problem with dairy and whole grains since i eat cheese and crackers like it's my job. proteins arent hard either... i dont think i have very far to go to get back on track; it's just a matter of doing it... wish me luck, internets :)
