today could end really well or really shitty. i think i worked pretty hard last week. i did great foodwise between n's birthday and c's wedding. over the course of the entire week, i ate all my weekly points and only 5 of the 13 activity points i earned. ive been doing some fall cleaning in HR. lots of walking, bending, lifting of paper stacks. i also jammed out a couple times. ive got my fingers crossed that i lost those last few ounces to hit my 25 and 10 goals
