weight loss challenge - wk3

finally getting the pictures up :p

wednesday's lunch: asian sesame chicken, granny smith apple and chips




friday's breakfast: 2 eggs and a bowl of cereal

friday's lunch & snacks: spinach lettuce with chicken and couscous, shortbread cookies, apple, laughing cow wedge and crackers


i keep forgetting to take pictures when i eat. it's not an easy habit to get in to :)
