HOLY SHIT?!!
the learn & burn is like around a 3. the 20 minute was more like a 9. it was fun, but i got lost a lot lol. im thinking i wont start attending real classes until i can master a few of the tapes. at least i can pause chalene if i need a breather :p i think i might tackle one of the longer workouts tomorrow since ive suddenly found all this motivation to workout (almost) every morning :)
in food updates: ive done fairly well this week, making good food choices
- tues night, i ended up having 2 apples, snyder's pretzel sandwiches, chicken and rice a roni. p picked up chicken and broccoli rice a roni which had fewer points than i expected. so altogether, i had an 11 point dinner and didnt have to use my activity points
- wed, i walked on the wii for 2 activity points (~3800 steps) and had 2 eggs with a slice of cheese for breakfast. at lunch, i walked over to panera with k and picked up their delicious asian sesame chicken salad (i ADORE this salad). bc we walked, i also picked up another 2 activity points. i rounded out lunch with chips and an apple. k brought me candy corn which tacked another half point to my day. luckily, i ate 4 bc i only wanted to try the new ones; i dont really like candy corn lol. i think a full serving is 2 points (full of sugar as n reminded me). for dinner, i had a small salad with 1/2 an avocado and a laughing cow wedge
- thurs, i was too tired to workout. breakfast was eggs and cheese again. i also added a yoplait yogurt. lunch was the last of the leftover pizza, an apple, pretzel sandwiches and candy corn. those damn caramel candy corns are actually tasty lol. for dinner i had another avocado/wedge salad. spinach lettuce is like my new best friend it seems. i hate spinach, but im starting to prefer spinach lettuce over romaine, which is totally crazy in my world
- today's food so far has consisted of an egg, bowl of kashi crunch w 1% milk and shortbread cookies. lunch is the last of the chicken and couscous combo with more spinach lettuce. and my afternoon snack is an apple, crackers and a wedge. im not sure what i'll have for dinner yet. i was supposed to go up to p's, but he's not feeling well. im toying with having tacos and a margarita... screw it; ive been wanting a margarita all week. done. so my total point usage today will be 28, which is probably better than if p and i had gone out to eat today (woot)
last bit of news - n and i started taking a b12 supplement. he used to take it and stopped for some reason. his dad dropped a ton of weight while taking it over the last few months. we thought he might be sick, but that's cause he's ridiculous and forgot to mention he was taking vitamins as part of his 7-11 diet lol. e has also been trying to get me (and everyone else) on multivitamins for ages. so why not start now? apparently, b12 is supposed to have health promoting qualities. i dont feel much difference, but we'll see after a few more days
oh look at that, it's lunch time. hmmm this is shaping up to be another productive day at work lol. later internets :)
