and thats taking into account being bloated on weigh in day. in the past, ive "gained" the week before my period so im double happy. plus im sticking to my plan so far - one aerobics workout and 3 wii workouts this week. and i didnt go out for food :) i havent calculated my total rewards yet. gotta get on that. but its nice to know that even these small efforts are continuing to make a big difference. i hope i can keep it up :p
