im feeling very blah about things this week, including my weight. i ate waaay more than i should have this weekend so i paid for it on the scale last night. and boosting my activity after the fact did not help as much as id like. so im back over 180. double boo. i need to do what i did the week prior - monitor every minute food detail and not eat out. double good since it helps with 2 goals :)
the upside of this week - i bought another turbo jam dvd (yay ebay). i only had the learn & burn, and i just started doing the miniworkout again last week. i forgot how much i enjoyed crazy chalene and her program. the dvd i got has 5 workouts (including the learn & burn lol), which im looking forward to. it should be here next week i think. i also, finally, checked to see if there are classes in the area. if it doesn't cost terribly much, i might start going to one... yay for something positive this week :D
