i get N a Wii balance board for his birthday last year. last week, i set it up :) it's the best purchase i've ever made. we spent almost 2 hours playing with the Wii Fit, and N has been on it every night since. im so glad he's getting so much use out of it; i'm not doing as well though. partly because i like working out in the morning, and partly because i haven't been home as much in the last few days. thursday, i stayed at Ps, and i spent the weekend in VA with my girls. VA was awesome! saturday, we went to King's Dominion. we did a bunch of rides (lots of walking and standing in line), and i had a funnel cake. i had originally planned to only eat half, but it was just so damn delicious. sunday, we went to Maymont Mansion to wander around. JP decided that's where she wants to get married so we spent our time gushing and pointing out great spots for photos :)
foodwise, it's been an ok week. the funnel cake was my big splurge, but ive had delicious salads/fruits almost everday. i could probably be doing more; i just have little motivation to do it. my goal for this week is to do at least 20 min of some activity every weekday. most likely, playing Wii Fit. when i get into the habit, i hope i can increase the time allotment to a more appropriate period. weekends will be trickier since i spend most of them at Ps, but im hoping to get him out of the house more. if we can get moving for a little even one day, it'd be better than our usual sitting in front of the tv for 10 hours. the hard part will be coming up with what to do
