I am hungry, and can't make a decision. Should I eat something or just go to bed? If I eat something, what should I eat? Should I have a full serving or just half?
I made pasta for dinner, but it took me forever to figure out what a 2 ounce serving would be in cups. I wound up using the wrong conversion and only ate a quarter cup. No big at the time because I also had some celery to snack on. Plus I was late picking up J for her birthday bar crawl (in mini size cause we're too fucking old for a normal crawl). I already planned to have a single beer and drink water the rest of the night. I stuck to it too. I kinda wanted a second since the Bud Lights were $1 where we started. Luckily, it took too much effort to get the bartender's attention so I stayed on track. I called it quits early (cause I'm lame/have to work tomorrow) since C said he could take J home at the end of the night.
Now, here I am... at midnight... wanting a bowl of ice cream. I finally found the correct conversion for dry ounces to cups, which allows me to have another quarter cup for a full serving. I'm just not sure the extra 2 points is worth it. Plus pasta is not quite a snack. My other options are banana (2), apple (1), cheese slice (1) or more celery (0); I'm officially saying no to the ice cream. I'm already a half point over for today, and I'm trying to save my weekly points for Monday. Although, my boyfriend is back from training so I'll probably earn some activity this weekend....
Fuck it. I'm going to bed
