i should be reading contracts atm so this will be quick :)
- after all the eating out last week (dinner/drinks tues, dinner/drinks wed, turkey dinner thurs, mcdonald's breakfast fri, lunch/drinks sat and turkey leftovers sun), i still lost weight :p
- i dropped another bracket, and lost another point. so i need more veggies in my day (well i needed more fruits/veggies anyway)
- im wearing pants that didnt fit me 4 months ago... funny thing is i dont think i like them as much as when i bought them lol
how're y'all doing with staying on track? :)

congrats! I've never done WW, but I'm also watching my weight and what I eat. Hopefully I see results like you're seeing!
ReplyDeletethanks! it's all about balance with eating right and getting in exercise. i use weight watchers because it keeps me super accountable. it's so easy to be lazy about my body, but every week im at ww is another week i push myself to be better :)

ReplyDeleteI only ran on Monday, I ran 4.21 miles & that was good enough for Monday. My work schedule this week was totally insane - we're working on several deals at 1 time & I'm involved in about 3 of them. I barely ate this week & when I got on the scale today I was shocked to see that I lost 2 pounds! I'm shocked that I didn't just stay the same weight, but hey losing 2 pounds is great!
WAY TO GO!!!! Keep it up :)
